Do I need a technician or serviceman to come to my house to install or connect MYSHARE’s services?
No. In most cases the services are already connected. MYSHARE simply transfers your service billing.


How can I be sure the money will be sent to the causes I select?
Every year Myshare will be audited and the placement of the funds will be detailed and available on request. Myshare will provide you (via email) feedback reports, supplied by the charities.

What do I do if there’s a a fault or service issue?
For any fault or service issue that you have - simply contact the service provider (contact details appear on your bills). Additionally, you will find all the service provider details in our support section. There may be an exception for small to medium business and larger corporate customers who require face-to-face representation.


How do I pay?
Through Myshare’s direct debit system. Paying your bills by direct debit saves you time and hassle. Payments are made automatically from your bank account each time a bill is due. This means no queues to wait on, no cheques to write easy and user friendly.. It's easy to arrange and just as easy to cancel.

Can I get Myshare telephone services in my area?
Yes. Myshare uses the infrastructure of Australia’s largest telephone companies providing you with excellent service, quality and price.


Do I keep my same number?
Yes.


Will it be more expensive?
No. In the majority of cases Myshare Telephone services are the same price and in many cases, slightly cheaper. Myshare's aim is to provide excellent quality service at competitive prices whilst channelling funds to those is need.

Do you have service back up for internet?
Absolutely. MYSHARE has an excellent Internet service division catering for all 56K and Broadband queries.


Can I get Myshare DSL Broadband in my area?
Simply fill in your sign up details and our team members will call you back to confirm. Chances are, if you are able to get ADSL from anyone else, you can get it through Myshare.

Using some of Australia's largest mobile phone networks,, Myshare can provide you with the excellent coverage, great variety at very competitive rates.

Does Myshare Mobile have a selection of mobile phones to choose from?
Yes. Myshare can provide an excellent variety of mobile phones and plans which can be ordered online and posted to your home or work place.

Are there contracts involved?

For Myshare Mobile and Internet services there are standard contracts required. Other Myshare services such as telephone and energy offer non contract services for both residential and corporate sectors.
