All handset problems are dealt with by the manufacturer.
SIMPLUS MOBILE does not perform or facilitate any repairs itself,
as all faults are the responsibility of the manufacturer or
user. Please call the relevant number below or alternatively
visit the manufacturers website for more information about your
handset.
SIMPLUS MOBILE does not take any responsibility for damage
or faults to handset as well as mobile-related products. All
faults and failuires are the responsibility of the manufacturer
and/or user.
Where can one buy a phone?
You may purchase your mobile phone directly,
via a dealer or third party agent, as well as Yahoo

Can I upgrade my handset?
If you are an existing SIMPLUS MOBILE Customer and have completed
your contract, you are now eligible to update your handset and
rate plan. To find out the full range of handsets and rate plans

For queries regarding your physical telephone lines, we suggest
you contact current line provider (typically Telstra or Optus)
